I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. Katlyn was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and genuinely worked to find the best options for my family. I also had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, Joanna, who is absolutely top-tier. She was kind, knowledgeable, and just as committed to making sure we had a great experience. The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great tour and truly appreciated the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I absolutely love living at this apartment community! The property has been a wonderful place to call home, and the staff truly make all the difference. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Katelyn Fernandez, the leasing assistant manager. She helped me through the entire process of transferring my lease into my name and made everything so easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and informative. She was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and guide me every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for residents, and Katelyn did exactly that. I truly appreciate all of her help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Katelyn, for your outstanding customer service and for making me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process!

Excellent experience at Pines Garden at City Center. The facilities are beautiful, very clean, and modern, creating a true sense of comfort and tranquility. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully organized. I would especially like to highlight Leonel, who arrived quickly to my apartment and resolved the issue efficiently and professionally. He was very kind and attentive throughout. Highly recommended!

I lived here with my wife for 1 year and it was great! Our leasing agent Chanel was very welcoming from the very beginning and helped us settle in. Throughout the year she was always willing to help us and made sure all of our needs were met. The amenities including gym and pool were always clean and well maintained. Would 100% recommend!!
